Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging (if applicable). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. For example (but not limited to), opened "sealed products", damaged "sealed products", "Singles" and/or "Raw" Cards, and damaged "graded cards". We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you have not received a refund within 15 business days, please contact your bank or credit card supplier to check processing times. If contact has been made after a delay of 15-days with no refund still received, please contact the team at alltypesofcollectables@gmail.com for further instructions.
Cancellations & Amending Orders
You may cancel an order for a full refund up until the order has shipped. If cancelling a pre-order, you can cancel until order is shipped which is usually a day before release.
You have the right to amend your order before it has been shipped by contacting us via email.
Alltypes of Collectables reserve the right to change any item within this Terms & Conditions page in accordance to the Overview in the Terms of Service.
